I just realised that my little project on Molecular Gastronomy was never posted on this blog.... it was one semester where I was crazy over MG and even tried implementing it in my culinary class. Needless to say, while it got marks for creativity and initiative, it did not have the outcome I wanted as the materials was not available... even after searching each and every lab and facility in the faculty.... still it was a fun project ^^
